speltflour banana bread

ingredients: 220g flour(speltflour), 150g sugar (i use 100g brown sugar or 75ml of maple syrup), 1,5 -2 tsp bakingpowder, 1/2 tsp salt, 1 tsp vanillesugar/essence, 120ml vegetable oil, 150g plain  natural yoghurt, 1 egg, 2-3 ripe bananas

i mix the sugar/maple syrup with the vanilla essence, the oil, yoghurt and egg. then i add the flour and bakingpowder and salt and at the end i mash the bananas in with a fork.

bake for about 40-45 minutes with 180°C temperature (i use circulating air).

best served when warm and with some vanilla icecream or fresh whipped cream.
