tomorrow will be a new year and i’m sitting here, writing these lines and just realizing that this year has brought so many new things and developments.also that I started writing and sharing about our life here in the bavarian alps.i don’t want to bore you though with writing down all that had happened or developed in our life.to keep it short: we had our times of challenges as a family and lots of times where we were in wonder and awe of beauty that surrounded us and joy that has hit us by our wonderful daughters and precious encounters we shared with people we know and got to know.we are thankful and I feel blessed all in all with what happened and took place.
I wanna say ‘thank you’ to you, every single reader here, for your interest and feedback you sent me, that has encouraged me to keep on sharing at this platform from time to time.
So here’s some more photos of us, our life here in the bavarian alps, that I took around christmastime and these last days of the year.
we didn’t have snow, only sunny warm days.mr.frost greeted us again and now we’re positive that snow will come soon.
two days ago we visited the little lambs that were born just before christmas and i immediatly had to think about the shepherds in the field with their sheep and little lambs and i felt all the christmaspirit again.
and if you haven’t had enough yet, here’s some more impressions of times from hikes we took together, our daily walks here in our village – countrylife, the girls welcoming mr.frost, the girls visiting their neighbours and friends (animals) and our girls just having fun spending time outside.nothing spectacular, no high quality photos, but real and treasured memories we made during the last week…that again leaves my heart with big thankfullness of what this last year has brought to us.one major thing: our new home with this wonderul surrounding and people.
