so i made lots of apple compote/preserves and apple sauce the last day. there’s so many ways to eat it with. ricepudding, crèpes,…my absolutly favourite way to eat or use it with, is that delicious desert. the first time i had it, was at my sister’s wedding almost 10 years ago…oh that stuff melted in my mouth. so good. and so easy to make.
take some cute jars or glasses and put some crushed amaretti cookies on the bottom. top it with your apple compote or sauce and put a mixture of mascarpone-greek yoghurt creme(i add a little agave sirup to it as a light sweetener) on it. sprinkle some grounded cinnamon on top and serve.
